Bonrix DQR-222 Dynamic QR Payment Soundbox Display Integrated with Bonrix Cloud POS for Smart Retail Billing, BHIM UPI Collection and Automatic Receipt Printing

In a typical retail billing counter workflow, the cashier first prepares the bill inside Bonrix Cloud POS by selecting products, updating quantities, and applying any required discounts. Once the final amount is ready, the system automatically generates a dynamic QR code containing the exact payable amount. This dynamic QR is instantly pushed to the Bonrix DQR-222 device, where it is clearly displayed in front of the customer. Because the amount is already embedded into the QR code, the customer does not need to manually type the amount in their UPI app. This reduces billing mistakes, prevents short payment issues, and makes the payment process faster and more accurate.

A major benefit of the Bonrix DQR-222 terminal is its integrated soundbox functionality. The device can provide audio instructions to guide the customer for payment and can also announce successful payment confirmation immediately after the transaction is completed. This gives both the customer and cashier confidence that the payment has actually been received. At the same time, the POS software and the DQR-222 display update in real time to show payment success visually. This removes dependency on checking customer mobile screens and helps prevent fake payment screenshot fraud at the counter.

Once the payment is successfully confirmed, the billing process continues automatically with receipt printing. The thermal printer can print the bill only after successful payment confirmation is received by the POS system. This creates a complete and secure billing flow from order entry to payment collection to receipt generation.
